We now ship all orders from The Netherlands. All our boats are sold to you including taxes and fees.

Orders to the UK and other non EU countries will remain a separate market with its own VAT rules. VAT & Customs may be applicable when entering your country.

  • Delivery time: Typically 1-2 weeks to mainland UK; Highlands/Islands may take longer.
  • Charges on arrival: UK import VAT and any applicable customs duties/clearance fees are payable by the recipient.

All EU orders will use an international door to door courier service (DHL or FEDEX).

Will I pay import VAT and duties?
No, as of 2026, all orders in the EU are shipped from within the EU. Meaning no customs. No fees. No stress.
How will UK orders work after 2026?
The UK remains a separate market with its own VAT rules. Please contact us directly, or order on our truekit.net store.
What about returns?
Returns are processed via our EU fulfilment center in NL.
