Shipping
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Until our European base is operational in 2026, all orders are shipped directly from New Zealand with full door-to-door tracking.
Delivery to most European destinations typically takes around 3 weeks, depending on location and local customs processing.
Please note: Our EU website can only sell within the European Union only. If you’re based in a non-EU country (e.g. the UK, Norway, or Switzerland), please contact our team and we’ll arrange an individual quote via our New Zealand facility.
Customs & Fees
Orders shipped to Europe or the UK are currently dispatched from New Zealand.
This means import VAT and customs duties may apply upon arrival in your country until our European fulfilment centre launches in 2026.
Our carriers (FedEx/DHL) manage the customs process and will contact you directly to arrange payment of any import fees before delivery. Please ensure you're reachable during shipping so delivery isn't delayed.

THE NAVIGATOR PACKAGE
The True Kit Navigator was designed and built to be the best inflatable tender on the market.
With that in mind, we wanted to build a package that boat owners and captains will love, and install everything professionally before it leaves our workshop.
This is the ultimate yacht tender.
Choose the size of Navigator yacht tender that suits your needs. It comes with all the standard stuff that our Navigators always come with (Seat(s), Oars, Hand Pump, Boat Bags, Repair Kit.
A pair of Railblaza Sideports are intalled on the transom by True Kit. We use the normal best practices of stainless 316 hardware and pay careful attention to isolate the stainless from the aluminium transom.
Our renowned fully removable dinghy transom wheels are fully fitted and installed by True Kit before the package is sent out to you.

QuickLock Dinghy Wheels
Our fully removable dinghy transom wheels make it easy to pull the Discovery up a beach, or a slip. These are installed by True Kit before the package is sent out to you.
INCLUDED IN PACKAGE
Railblaza Rib Ports x 2
These ports will allow you to clip in rod holders, lights, cup holders or other Railblaza fittings.
We install these ports using stainless steel 316 fixings and isolated the stainless components from the aluminium transom.

How do you install the wheels and sideports?
We use stainless steel 316 hardware (marine grade). We use dome nuts for the wheels studs so you have a smooth finish to reduce the risk of damage. We use Loctite Threadlocker on the dome nuts. We isolated the wheel hardware with Sikaflex Marine 291 and the Sideports with heatshrink coating.
Can I alter the package?
If there is something that is not included in the package, but you wish to add it, simply add that item separately to the cart. Feel free to contact us through the contact page if you have questions.
