At True Kit, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed through TrueKit.eu.
European & UK Returns (The Netherlands)
All returns for the EU and UK regions are processed at our European logistics facility in The Netherlands.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the exact same condition as when you received it.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Please contact info@truekit.eu before sending any return so that we can confirm eligibility and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with the correct return shipping instructions.
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
Shipping Your Return
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining proof of shipment, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- For Non-EU Returns (e.g., United Kingdom): When returning items from outside the EU, you must clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration form. Failure to do so may result in additional import duties being charged to our warehouse, which will be deducted from your final refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our Netherlands facility, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., due to signs of use, missing parts, or damage), we will notify you with an explanation and arrange to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or model), please contact info@truekit.eu to confirm product availability. All exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide the relevant shipping details.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@truekit.eu with supporting photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been used, assembled, or modified.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window.
