Shipping Policy (EU & UK)
Thank you for choosing True Kit. We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all customers. Please review the following policy, which outlines how orders placed through TrueKit.eu are processed and delivered.
Order Dispatch & Delivery
All European and UK orders are fulfilled directly from our European logistics facility in The Netherlands.
- Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving full payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- All parcels are shipped via trusted international courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location and parcel size.
- Delivery to most European and UK destinations typically takes around 1 week, depending on your exact location and local customs processing times.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Within the European Union (EU): All orders shipped to countries within the EU are dispatched from The Netherlands. All VAT and standard duties are included at checkout, meaning there are no additional customs fees required on delivery.
- United Kingdom & Non-EU Countries: Deliveries to the UK and other non-EU European countries will incur standard customs duties, import taxes, and VAT upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in your checkout total. Our shipment providers (e.g., FedEx/DHL) will assist with customs clearance and will contact you to collect these duties prior to final delivery. Please ensure you monitor your email and phone during transit.
Regional Availability
True Kit EU supplies products to European Union member countries, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. If you are located in North America or Oceania, please place your order via our US or Global (.net) stores, or contact our support team for assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number to see real-time updates.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. True Kit cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Damage or Loss
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact info@truekit.eu immediately. Please retain all packaging and include supporting photos of the damage. Our team will work closely with the courier to resolve the matter promptly.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is refused by the recipient, returned as undeliverable, or if customs fees remain unpaid, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, return customs fees, and any applicable restocking charges.
